Kumamoto Castle Ginnan Castle, nicknamed Ginnan Castle, is
After Battle of Sekigahara Kiyomasa Kato 5 Keicho of (1600),
The castle was completed in 1607 over 7 years.
The castle area is 1.6km east-west, 1.2km north-south, 5.3km around, and the castle area is about 760,000 square meters.
From the north to the west, the Tsuboi River is drawn to form a moat, and the east and south are surrounded by several layers of stone walls.
Its complex and solid structure is said to have been created from Kiyomasa's hands-on experience.
